This is a unique ​chance to experience the transformative power of ​BQH, where you can address personal questions, heal ​emotional wounds, and connect with your inner ​wisdom

Quantum Healing

is a unique healing modality designed to guide individuals into an ​altered state of consciousness, allowing access to the deeper, ​wiser part of themselves: the subconscious.

During a BQH session, the conscious mind is encouraged to take a ​back seat, allowing the subconscious to deliver messages and ​insights crucial for the individual at that specific moment. Through ​a combination of body relaxation exercises and guided meditation, ​clients are able to set aside their analytical mindsets and fully ​embrace their intuition.

Inspired by Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis ​Technique (QHHT), BQH has been adapted to meet the needs of ​our modern, technologically advanced times, making it possible to ​experience quantum healing both online and in person. What happens during a ​session?

Quantum Healing is often referred to using terms such as guided visualization, dreamwork, soul travel or even hypnosis. While these ​terms attempt to describe the process, they all revolve around a similar scenario: you recline comfortably, close your eyes, and listen ​to your inner guidance.

Before your session, we will have a chat about the session itself, define and set our intentions and discuss the list of questions you ​have prepared.

Once this preparation is complete, you will be guided to a comfortable, relaxed state through deep relaxation techniques and guided ​meditations to help you transition into alterated state of consciousness, where your conscious mind eases its control. As you relax ​further, you will begin to articulate your experiences and insights. I’ll assist you throughout this process, helping you explore different ​aspects of your subconscious and received messages. This exploration can take many shapes, from imaginary to sensory ​experiences, it will be the most appropriate experience depending on what is most relevant for your healing and understanding at this ​moment in time.

A key part of the session involves connecting with your Subconscious also referred to as Higher Self. This aspect of your being holds ​greater wisdom and knowledge about you and can offer valuable guidance. During this part of the session we will explore the ​questions you have brought.

After the session, we will have a quick debriefing about major insights and you will be given an audio recording for future review.

Session’s structure

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours

Requirements for online sessions: A stable internet connection ​and a headset with a quality microphone .

Initial Dialog:

• We’ll get to know each other and address some significant life events you wish to share.
• This helps us understand the context of your prepared questions and sets the stage for the session.

Exploration:

• Following our conversation, I will guide you into a meditative state.
• In this state, you will explore messages from your subconscious, which may present as a daydream, past life regression, or a ​narrative relevant to your current life issues.
• The exploration will only be possible if the conscious mind (or "ego") becomes an observer and allows the process to unfold ​naturally.

Higher Self Connection:

• We will then engage directly with your subconscious like if it is a separated identity from you
• We will address the questions you have prepared, seeking guidance and insights from this deeper self.

Debrief:

• The session will conclude with a brief discussion to review key insights and significant moments from the session.

How to prepare for a ​session

Preparing for a session involves both practical steps and mental preparation to ensure you ​get the most out of your experience. Here’s a guide on how to prepare:

Intention:

Reflect on what you want to achieve from the session.

Questions:

Write down specific questions or areas of your life you want to explore, such as ​health, relationships, life purpose, or any other. Max 10 questions per session.

Grounding:

Connect with nature by going for walks, observe the environment and eat ​plant based meals. Drink plant infusions.

Nutrition:

No alcohol or recreational drugs at least 24 hours before the session.
Avoid consuming coffee on the day of the session, and eat a healthy and light meal before ​the appointment.

Hydration:

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your session and after the ​session.

Dress Comfortably:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely.

Mindfulness:

Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation in the ​days leading up to your session. Meditation, specially guided meditation can have a very ​positive effect on your daily life but also for your upcoming BQH session. Take time to ​practice mindfulness at least once a day, 5 minutes is enough if you have a busy schedule.
